How long has Higher Celebrations been around for?
Higher Celebrations launched in 2019 with our flagship product, the BirthJay! Since our launch, we have released BirthJays, PrideJays and Hot Shots along with various limited edition collaborations, so make sure you sign up for our mailing list to stay up-to-date!
What type of products does Higher Celebrations make?
Our goal is to offer a portfolio that elevates your special occasions with the use of our innovative products. We offer novelty products for the cannabis, hemp and beverage industries, but don’t worry, we have a roadmap of many more products to come!
Do the BirthJays or PrideJays come pre-rolled or filled?
No, the BirthJays and PrideJays do not come filled because it’s your celebration and you should choose your favorite filling! In certain markets, our products are available in a pre-roll version at licensed dispensaries.
How many grams do the BirthJays or PrideJays hold?
Our cones fit 0.8 - 1.0 grams of your favorite herb!
What are your colorful cones made out of?
The cones are made from wood pulp, the adhesive is a mix of starch, dextrin & arabic gum and our dyes are starch based! All of our cones have gone through 3rd party testing and have passed with flying colors, so all you gotta do is worry about how you are going to enjoy them!
How are products shipped?
We try our best to ship your products to you the same day you order, but orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after they are placed. We will ship our products via USPS or UPS, and do offer expedited shipping services for an added cost.
Where do you ship to?
At this point in time we are currently shipping to all 50 US States and in the process of fulfilling orders to Canada.
Are your products available in stores?
Yes, our products are available in stores across the US and are working to further our expansion in the Canadian market. Products may be found at smokeshops, dispensaries, and c-stores.
BirthJay Specific Questions
How long does the candle burn for?
The candle will burn for roughly 20-30 seconds, or 2 “Happy Birthday Songs”
Does the candle wax drip onto the cone or desert?
When positioned properly on the cone, the candle wax will be caught in the moat so the wax does not get on your cone or desert!
Does the cone need to be closed a certain way to use the candle topper?
While you can close it in a couple ways, we suggest closing it via a traditional “dutch crown” so it has a flat surface. If you choose to close with the twist, no worries, just fold the twist down before placing the candle topper on top of the cone! Make sure to unfold it before lighting your BirthJay!
PrideJay Specific Questions
Why did you create PrideJays?
People loved BirthJays and we received many requests for a Higher Celebrations Pride themed product for the LGBQTIA+ community. Beyond launching a product, we wanted to support the community with every product sold, and in doing so, we structured a strategic partnership with Gay For Good!
What do you mean a donation is made for every PrideJay sold?
For every PrideJay sold by Higher Celebrations or one of our licensing partners, a 50 cent donation is made to the non-profit Gay For Good! As of November 1st, 2024, the PrideJays product line has raised over $20,000 so far for Gay For Good!
What does Gay For Good do?
Gay For Good mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) and ally volunteers to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader community. G4G has over 20 chapters across 15 states and has served over 750 nonprofits across 2,300+ projects.
Hot Shot Specific Questions
How does it work?
Our proprietary technology protects the liquid inside the shot glass from the elements of the open flame. Simply fill the shot glass, securely lock the lid onto the cup, place the candle in the lid and enjoy!! Once done making your wish, pop that lid off and take your celebratory shot!
Does the lid protect against leaks or spills?
To a certain degree, yes, the lid will keep the added liquid secured in the glass if it is spilled over. When it is dropped or knocked over with more force, they lid may get damaged so make sure to check it before using the product.
